Did Podrunner week 2 running interval (30 minutes) LAST NIGHT (1/26) @ 10pm!! First day starting strength training. Did 10 minutes TW arms.

Did 45 min walk @ lunch. Brisk out there...but it felt great! Too scared to weigh in. It's a week today that I really got back on track. Maybe tomorrow? It's 10pm and I did NOT have anything to eat after dinner. Wasn't so bad.

A bit rainy outside this morning. I will try to get a walk in. No plans this weekend, but to spend time with my favorite men.
