Well Sunday is my weigh in day, I am very nervous since I haven't really kept my diet very well. I stepped on the scale yesterday, it read that I was down 2lbs but I had just eaten about 20 min prior. This losing an hour is going to hurt. However now that it is getting warmer I will be able to start doing some more. My knee, which I think may need replaced with in the next year or two, has been really hurting with what I have been doing and it is kind of aggravating and defeating but I have been pushing through even though it gave out on me twice today and boy what a fall I took, it was kind of funny to watch I'm sure, but not to feel.

Well, at least its a drop, not as much as I was wishing for would of loved to see 5. I will take -1 over +1 any day.

I am dead tired, no sleep and on the go most of the day. On top of that a but load of paper work on the computer (few games too), research, spreadsheets, formula creation, and littering programs with macro after macro after macros. One formula was over three lines long just to justify and reconcile six pages of data. I really don't think my brain can take anymore tonight. All else is great, in about three days I will have the last of mom's stuff finished up and finalized.(yesss) I think I will try to get some sleep if I can corner it and jump on its back---to much mania attacks today to count, at least they were the fun kind were I'm all over the place running here and there very productive but now the crash---I'm rambling---good night.

I am very proud of myself. Since my major flub with the candy I have controlled my carb intake pretty dang well and it shows. My blood sugar levels were(4th am)160 (pm)142--(5th am)161 (pm)137 and all of this with OUT insulin what so ever my highest this month was 175 on the 1st and the machine fouled up once and said 204 didn't recheck that time. Any way as I said I am very proud of myself and if you can see my food journal you can see the carb count I am talking about. HAPPY HAPPY.

My sickness continues however I did manage to eat today and only slightly was my tummy upset so I suppose that is an improvement. At least I got the cals up with out the carbs getting high, just a little victory but I will take it tonight.
