After last night I feel like I've been hit by a truck, could only sleep about 4 hours. If this is how you feel when you step away from your diet then holy crap cant do that again. Time to be strong and stop the slippery slope I just threw myself on. I'm losing the weight and I never want to find it again. Lord help me!

I am feeling completely horrible, I bluntly cheated on my diet today. I have been struggling with weather or not to indulge with a candy bar for the last three days and after championing the fight it got to me and I yielded. I knew it was wrong and therefore I punished myself with sending myself to be with only half a dinner and not going to get the new scope for my crossbow that I have had my heart set on. It sounds rather rudimentary I know but it always seemed to work on my children lol.

Latest update, on the 28th I limited my self to only 26 carbs and my blood sugar went crazy. It was over two hundred when it was staying around 140 and this on the reduction of carbs. In light of this I feel the best coarse of action is to maintain my carbs near 50 to 60 per day, this is were I was seeing the best numbers on the meter.

I'm getting frustrated with myself, I know that meats are the no carb way to go but man I have know idea on how to make chicken, beef, turkey, and fish taste better after the umpteenth time eating it. I sure could use some low cost ways to fix this differently---oven baked is what I prefer with the garden variety spices. This is the reason I don't eat a lot of this stuff.
My frustration doesn't end there, I looked at the carb count today and yes I knew it was going to be quite high but I fell submissive to the lure of the dreaded "snack wraps (grilled)" McDonald's what is the hold you have on me? This relationship is over, you can keep all the stuff I just want out. (a line I've used all to many time in this life)
Better is what I must do and do it soon. So recipes any one??? Email them to me if you would please. No really PLEASE (getting desperate)
