Today is the first day of my calorie counting. I have been running every week for the past 3 months, training for a 1/2 marathon and no weight lost (that sucks). Went to the doctor and had blood work done. Results showed thyroid fine, just low on vitamin D??? So now that I know nothing medically is wrong, I must now count my calories if I want weight loss. So here I go.....
