Yesterday I did much better on protein. Worked out and 2 30minute walks. Had wine last night. I know empty calories. Today I will focus on eating good stuff. One day closer to my goal.
I am starting to feel less bloated. :)

Yesterday I could not write, the site was updating. Did great! nice workout at the gym thought about what I ate, I was 200 calories short and need to add more protein less fat. That is my focus today.

Looking back at my journal entries I found the same story, Not focused, need to get back on track. I got the working out pretty good but need to commit to food part too.
Come on Merrie you can do this!!!!
This week instead of writing about what I didn't do I am going to focus on daily successes.
1. Work on portion sizes
2. slow down when I eat
3. think about what I eat.
