My craving for Pepsi is letting up finally. Yay! I have been walking every night at the high school track while my son does a real workout with two tractor tires and the football players sled.

Last night was tough. I wanted something sweet so bad!But I made it through without giving in. I'm noticing I have more cravings this week. I really didn't have any my first week of Keto..but this week has been different! Plus it doesn't help when I am cooking for my family and they are eating Mac and Cheese, greasy burgers, and fries...gahhhh I have one son that is doing Keto with me, and one son that is Carbo Loading like crazy. It's a catch 22!
