day 5-- OK not so bad today. I think I am getting over the hump of sugar detox. I am a nurse, and work nights sometimes, last night was hard being up all night, to keep yourself awake, you think of food often and want to munch. I ate cheese and peanuts last night. Usually it's snickers and hot fries. Need to exercise today might try to swim.

day 4--- still plugging along. I am worried as the weekend approaches going to the beach, cocktails are calling me.

Day 3---- Well, so far so good today. OK, exercising on south beach is very hard. Absolutely had a rough run this AM. Usually run 5-6 miles, but at 2 miles began struggling, had to walk often and only made it 4 miles. How do you exercise on this diet? Does it get better? But on the plus side I already feel like the bloated look my stomach had is starting to go away. Rock On!

DAY 2 OF SBD--- OK, I am thinking about sugar alot today. I went out on a mission to get a sugar free sweet fix. stocked up on lots of sugar free jello and pudding. I plan to limit to one a day. A little can go a long way....I hope.
