Having such a hard time getting back on track. I'm still watching what I eat but not tracking, so I'm probably eating too much. Can't get consistent with the gym... I'm having an autoimmune flare and everything hurts so running is out of the question right now. I interviewed for a new job and waiting to hear but I feel like I'm in a holding pattern. The new job is a great schedule that will allow me to go to the gym even on days I work so I can be more consistent.

And to share my fears because let's be real...I am having a headache for days like I did before the TIA. And I feel like my heart is fluttering and it's horribly uncomfortable. I finally got into the cardiologist and he thinks I had a heart attack at some point recently, my guess would be when I was septic. I get a CT angio and 14 day heart monitor next week. He was pretty alarmed when he heard I'd had a 70 pound weight loss because it can put such a strain on your heart but said that the amount of time was long enough he didn't feel it was unsafe. One more reason to keep it slow and steady!

Coming up on 1 year since I started and I'm very pleased with where I'm at. If you'd told me a year ago I'd weigh less than 200 pounds AND maintain despite some pretty major obstacles, I would have laughed. I am so close to my initial goal (185) that I can taste it! Hopefully I'll be there by the end of the month!
