Hello!
I am full of inspiration...mostly to others, and I feel it is past time to listen to myself. I married a lil over 3 years ago at 135lb. Times went tough real quick. Loss of jobs, emotional abuse, cheating...I had become as unhealthy on the outside as I felt on the inside. Today, I'm 175lb and the most unhealthiest I have ever felt. I'm insulin resistant and know if I get back down on a healthy weight, eat responsibly, and exercise like before, I won't have all my aches, blurry eyes, headaches, and depression. I finally KNOW I am good enough, I am enough, and I am important again. Here's to a new fit, healthy lifestyle and motivation!
