Felling Good
Hi everyone, I am fairly new to this site, but enjoying finding my way around. Love that it counts calories. I am following WW on my own and trying to incorporate low carb while staying in points range. Just started that this week so it's only been 2 days but so far so good. I have started walking with my sister 2 miles each night - feeling motivated thanks to this site! I am looking for buddies - I'll take all the help I can get!!!! Have a great day and drink your water - God knows I hate drinking mine but I do it!! LOL!!!!!!!

Hi guys, thank you both for your posts - that was quick!! And yes, Happy Hour with my sister is drinking and playing the Wii, so we are moving! Very Happy I usually drink lite beer - I don't like anyting else and that is 2 pts. per can, it's just so true that after a few beers, you are hungry, but I do pretty good and have low fat snacks, or Lean Cuisine on hand to munch on! My routine during the week while working is good though. Thanks for then encouragement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am new
I am new to this site. I am following weight watchers on my own. I have the material from a few years ago - this is the 4th week into my diet and I've lost around 6lbs. I know I could lose faster but the weekends are my enemy because of those Happy Hours that I have with my sister!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to give that up though!! Any suggestions, but giving it up is NOT an option!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very Happy
