All of March so far has been booze and chocolate, and I have made a horrific gain which I'm not even going to record. But back on it today, really must try to stay good for more than a week at a time. Feel minging though so really need to lose some lard. I think I will try to be really good until half term, so three weeks of clean living. Is it possible?! I don't want the horrible mood swings and lethargy though. We'll see what happens.
Also, last week was really horrible and stressful at work so I was feeling all grumpy and rebellious, so as long as it calms down a bit I should find motivation a bit easier. My new mantra - Motivation; Routine; Energy.
Got to get myself back on track with studying, housework and exercise too.

tomorrow my birthday celebrations begin so I don't think I'm going to be losing much over the next wek or so, just really hope I don't gain! Friday, Saturday, Tuesday and the following Saturday are all non-diet days, so will just have to make sure I am very good on the days in beween to try to make some sort of loss by the end of it. Could murder a glass of wine now, but I'll appreciate it all the more tomorrow. Will weigh in in the morning.

I've been getting depressed and anxious and had terrible mood swings, so I'm going to have to eat a bit more than I wanted to and take it a bit slower, -500 kcals a day rather than -1000 will still give me half a kg per week. July 6th will be my new target date to lose 10 kg and be 55. something.
