I started this calorie counting to try to lose some weight and my Doctor says my blood sugar is inching upwards. According to what I've read online a man should not exceed no more than 9 added teaspoons of sugar a day. The first day I did stay under my calorie intake but sugar wow overshot it quite a bit . On the bright side I know it's a lot less than what my intake had been.
