Yesterday I blew it. I had a loaded chicken wrap from Popeye's. I couldn't help it, I felt like I was starving, which I know I wasn't..lol. Then at dinner time I made an Asian dinner, and I fried a little over a pound of thin slices of pork in 3 tablespoons of canola oil and I even had a honey bun earlier in the day. I felt like I had screwed up my whole day, my whole eating better and healthier. I was so bummed yesterday, but today I said I won't let it get me down, so I cut my calories today to under 800, and I am very proud of my self for that. I had 2 scrambled eggs for breakfast cooked in a spray of cooking spray, boy were they bland and tasteless, and I never eat breakfast. For lunch I had a huge salad with baby spinach, zucchini, carrots, red cabbage, garbanzo and kidney beans with just 2 TBLS of red wine vinegar dressing. For dinner I will have 2 cups of cooked oatmeal with 2 pkgs of splenda and a nectarine for a snack, water all day. Anyone that knows me knows that this is incredible for me, I never eat good, and I am addicted to sweets. Good day for me.
