I am a Computer Consultant for a national computer reseller. I have 2 married children. A boy and a girl. 3 grandchildren, 2 boys and a girl. Love my family and my church. We raise Gelbvieh cattle and Boer Goats. I am need of loosing a LOT of weight to get healthy for my family. I will take each day at a time. Wish me luck!

Anyone need/want to lose 100 or more pounds
I am another enthusiast. I need to loose at least another 80lbs. I've lost 40 so far. For a 5'2" woman, that's a lot. I feel so much better already. I find this diet easy to follow. My husband and I are on it together. It has made it so much easier. I am really enjoying the food too. Healthier I know. I started in June. I had a hold a couple of weeks ago. Finally, starting down again. I go on a short vacation to Florida Saturday and am going to try and stick on it. Wish me luck. Rolling Eyes
