I'm back. I've been discouraged because of my weight. I had a lot going on:school,work, money,home duties. Essentially,it equated to stress for me. Instead of me losing,i gained! Well, I've been doing some research. I could have an interactive thyroid. Also, I need more minerals. I recently noted no matter how much rest I get, I'm still tired. I began taking vitamins and organic molasses and that's been helping. I can't wait to see if it'll help me looser weight
