Still trucking along. Joined a gym. Did cardio funk and a power lifting class.
My body was not happy with me as I was in agony with pain.
Must learn to stretch better or something. Couldn't even fully
Extend my arms yesterday. Tried stretching in the pool to no avail.
Going to try more leg work I think today or abs. Then it's off to turbo kick tomorrow.
Jogged/walked about 2.75 miles yesterday on a trail so that nice.

Had my weigh in and measurements at curves on the 10th.
In about 84 days I lost 13 pounds and 20 inches off my body. The pounds are nothing crazy but I was pretty shocked by the inches.
I'm starting to look and feel pretty amazing. Still in a 16 for comfort but inching down to a 14. I don't care the size too much anyway- just how I look and feel :).
Thank goodness tomorrow is a day off from work. I'm tired and want to rest. Emotionally drained with the burdens of the world and the whole amendment one crap coming up in NC. I'm in a gay relationship and quite honestly don't care about getting married but anyhow- that's for another platform other than FS. Sorry, u use the app on my phone and very rarely get on the website. Much love!!
