...might not log caloric intake for awhile...lost a cute and fluffy yesterday and don't really care what I eat or don't eat right now...

I know I'm going to go over my calorie allowance but that's okay...I'm actually eating regularly for a change and have been adding more vegetation into my diet...little steps, 'til I'm back where I want to be...(also suck it BMI, you inaccurate medically (and scientifically) unsound number created by a guy who specifically said it could not and should not be used to indicate the "fatness of an individual"....just suck it...)

Made caramel sauce last night...dunno if I want to use it in cake or as an apple slice dip...probably both...A certain father-in-law has been hinting at wanting chocolate cake...and -I- should be eating more fruit...
...also kinda meh today...probably just the overcast sky coupled with having to deal with surly ghouls here in data entry hell...on the other hand, I've been feeling kinda meh for the past couple of days...can't seem to find my motivation...there's a lot I need to do (eating habits, exercise, stuff around the house)...It'll come back eventually...I hope...but, even if it doesn't, meh days are better than the old "I'm just gonna stare at the ceiling for the next six hours" days...

...anyone else have trouble keeping to a regular eating schedule? I mean actually eating multiple times a day and wanting to, not feeling like it's another chore to check off? 'Cause mine is all over the place...some days it's "Meh...not hungry..." so I don't eat, others it's "Ohmigosh! I want that and that and that!" Some days it's "Eh I need to eat but I'm not -that- hungry...so I guess I'll just pick at it..."
