I use to weigh 300 lbs - while active in sports and weight training 2-3 times a week! I decided to make some changes which helped me lose the weight. Through my transformation I've now enjoy taking on food challenges all across the world!
I'm proud to consider myself a walking contradiction - eating more food than I ever did while I was bigger, and continuing to keep the weight off by living a healthy lifestyle while not doing these food challenges (for the most part!). I would like to eventually take my knowledge in health & nutrition to help others live a healthier lifestyle - whether they like doing food challenges or not!
