Doctors scales
You'll have a hard time finding a precise and accurate scale. Most are simply precise with respect to their own measurements.

Meaning use one scale and only one scale and the rest don't matter, even if they differ from yours. The important thing is to track the relative progress on the same scale.

exercise is bttter than obsessing about calories.
You can't outtrain a bad diet though. All things considered, your energy management is the most important aspect, and calorie counting is the easiest way to do this.

Loss Belly Fats
No. Spot reduction is a myth. Your body determines where energy is taken from fat stores. For most men, the abdomen is the absolute last place you lose body fat. No exercise, diet, pills or otherwise will change this.

In fact, lipo is the only thing that will alter your fat cells but then your body just finds new creative and often unsightly ways to create new ones.

Just move more, eat less. Aim long term. The approach is simple. We over-complicate it.

Weight loss
Weight loss simply comes down to caloric deficit. How you achieve that is up to you, but it's not necessary to remove carbs from your diet at all.

Android App
To be fair this whole platform is super outdated. I wouldn't recommend to newcomers. In fact, I've actively steered them away to other places like MyFitnessPal. I stick around because of all the historical food data I've contributed to the database but honestly all it'll take is one site/app/platform that can easily extract nutritional information from other sites and I'm probably gone.

Mods are nonexistent. Email support is lax (emailed twice about a stupid issue and in 6+ years they've not addressed it).

MEH.
