I went to Redners after work to get my chocolate mint tea and found out they had all my favorite goodies on sale. ;)

Completely went overboard yesterday at the fair. Now I just feel miserable, my stomach hurts and is bloated. I have to remember how bad I feel tonight and never let it happen again. Its definitely not worth it. :(

I just ordered my first excersise hula hoop. Can't wait till it gets here. My kids are fighting over my hula hoop, ugh.

I did my hula hooping. I had A bit of a set back or disappointment I guess. My daughter isn't feeling well so I had to miss out on church tonight this kind of dissapointment would set me off to depression and over eating but I fought it and hula hooped instead.

I did my hour of house work. I was so tired cause I worked last night and only slept to 1:00 in the afternoon. But I pushed myself and reminded myself how good I will feel after I've accomplished something. Normallly I would just lay in bed till time to go to church. But that never was satisfying I would end up feeling fat and lazy. So I pushed myself to get some work done. I didn't get everything done on my list but I did get most of it done. I started to right pout a Toronto list of things I would like to get done in the day or hour when I eat my breakfast. And you know what its working and there is something satisfying about crossing off another item off the list. Well I wanted to hula hoop but I'm running out of time so I will have to do it after church right now I need to get my shower and get supper started.
