Rethinking weight...went down 4 lbs and felt exhausted that entire week...went back up that same 4 lbs last week after increasing my protein, but fat went down! I no longer want a goal weight, just a body fat goal to maintain and a commitment to Paleo!

Survived my first BIG carry-in at work, eating what I packed! I passed up all of my FAV baked goods...allowing myself to add to my chicken just a small serving of freshly made salsa with black eyed peas as my treat...and still sat and ate with everyone else! This has also been my BEST day so far with fat/protein/carb ratios...and I still felt like I satisfied my inner foodie with some very non-boring food!! Good Day!

Strange, pasty taste in my mouth today and nothing satisfies me...its not that I am hungry, but rather I just want something to satisfy my taste buds, and nothing works...not even my paleo pancakes!!
