bad job of keeping to the weight watchers this last 2 days. Emotional eating got the best of me for the last 2 days. I am gonna resolve today to be more in control! The food doesn't make me feel any better, on the contrary! It makes me feel worse after I have givin in to the Dairy Queen call ;) I can do this!!!!! Today will be a good day

So far so good! I am making this entry now...hopefully it will prevent the cookie monster in me from snacking on the rest of the cookies from yesterday. I did a great job today and I am not gonna wreck it ;)

Yesterday started out pretty good, but the emotional roller coaster was headed downhill after noon. Cookies, cookies, and even more cookies...ahhh well... today is a new day and thanks to my help yesterday and my kids help today, the cookies should be gone before I get home from work at 5. I will do better today! I will remember that the cookies didn't fix anything, and made me mad at myself too! Bad choice. Today will be better ; )
