cancer sucks! dexamethazone causing me to want to eat everything and anything in sight. I work really hard at keeping it healthy. last night broccoli and beets for dinner, tonight acorn squash with mushrooms. tomorrow is chemo so I will bring yogurt some fruit and nuts, PBJ sandwich, crackers with humus. 2 breakfast bars, by the time I'm done and go home after 3 hours of chemo I want to eat again. still holding on 188. to 190 but I hear stories of gaining 20-40 lbs because of chemo. if anyone has any suggestions I'm willing to listen. I never want to see 200 lbs again. I'm limited in activity because of port,being tired 😫, I often lose train of thought, stress takes over and anxiety. at any rate 2 months done tomorrow, 4 to go then double mysectomy and hopefully cancer free.. updates later. so disheartening.

not sure my post was sent, I was recently diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer, Dec I found a lump, January got results, going on to second month of chemo of 6 months, I wish you all success in your journey, right now I eat good healthy food . just have to roll with this. lucky it's not in my lymph noids, thanks for listening 🙏
