AH HA!!! .4 lbs under my target weight. Very happy about that, although I still have a lot of work to do as far as getting toned up. theres still extra weight hanging around where i would rather it didn't-- the weight loss has allowed me to see how having a baby changed the whole landscape of my body!

I've been a lot more active this month. I'm hoping to keep that up in the new year, even when things calm down. (The elliptical will hopefully come in handy again!)

I've found that while stress does nothing for your mental and physical well being... it does tend to make the numbers on the scale a bit smaller than usual... :)
