This week already feels so much better. Getting healthier stuff in the house helped a lot. Lent is coming, and although I am not Catholic, I am giving up soda. Sort of dreading that right now.

I did my entire weekend via the mobile app, so this is my first day back online. Yesterday was hard, time with the parents usually means some form of carryout. One bad day out of the week isn't going to kill me, though. Today starts the 10s challenge, so I will have to get working on that once I'm out of class for the day.

I think my biggest victory this week so far is just recognizing how much I was eating versus what I should be. Even if the foods I am eating aren't great, at least I am eating less. Working on the grocery list for tomorrow.
