Deep down I know I don't need to change much, but change I must! I don't want to diet, I want to be healthy! A bit of portion control, improve a few food choices and learn to say no, a little less alcohol and a bit more exercise than just walking everywhere. It's not a big life change, but enough good intentions, I'm here so that I can remind myself daily that I AM making that change.
20lbs would be great, 32lbs in 32 weeks would be fantastic (I'm going to a bridesmaid for my life-long best friend). But the inches to feel comfortable in my clothes again, more energy and vitatlity and definitely a halt to the upward slide of my weight is all that is essential!!
