Hi everyone, first of all i want to clarify some points:

- my height is little, also now i don't wight to much like last year, so im accustomed of eating little portions everyday.
- I prefer people don't follow my diet, just take ideas of it.
- Normally I don't eat a lot of protein, im not vegetarian, but i not so good with meat.
- Im not a nutritionist.
- The consequence of eating the few amount of calories as I do, is that in weekend or any day, you can have an attack and just eat everything.
- What i said previously, I "Have them", but with sweats, especially with cookies, but what i do, is that i follow my normal diet, but when "is time" that I skip it (normally when i go to lunch with my friends), i try nor to eat everything, just when im hungry, obviously some days it impossible.
- Okay what i wanted to go with what i said, is that Everyone can have this anxiety, it docent mind how may time you had been doing diet, I think this is the most difficult part, but for not having the, First, you have to eat normally but not in a huge amount, and also leave all candy and junk food, and yes you can have an cheat meal, once a week. ( I do twice hahaha)
Im not good at english, sorry if its complicate.
