New challenge, new day. Went to the aquarium downtown and then lunch. Here's today's small victory: I got a spinach salad with light dressing [on the side; I only used about 1/2 tablespoon], steamed shrimp, and vege. Usually any restaurant meal is an excuse to live it up on bread, appetizer and main course. But! I'm making a big dinner tonight*, so I've eaten lightly for breakfast and lunch. Can I get a Boo-yah!?

And for exercise, I'm sure I'll have to do some yard work. I've been strong-armed into mowing the lawn and then weeding the area behind the garage.

Somehow I ended up with two quarts of organic strawberries. I figure chocolate covered strawberries is indulgent, but without going overboard with, like, say homemade whipped cream, homemade shortcake with strawberries.
