Too tired to walk or workout during breaks or lunch. Just reading my book and relaxing. Will do yoga when I get home and get back into it tomorrow.

Did pretty good at lunch had a hot turkey and cheese sandwich with cottage cheese. I cut the sandwich in half and was only able to eat half of half and only a couple bites of cottage cheese...full...forcing this green tea down. Gonna pop full of water, had two cups before they brought the meal.
