Haven't been on here was on MyFitnessPal I track all I eat there it's on my cell as an app & very easy I got the Sleeve last December right before Christmas and have lost 67lbs thus far trying to get under 200 is extremely difficult

I had VSG surgery Dec 23rd fsted for 14 days beforehand was 277 Nov. 28th Dec. 10th down to 261 aftr surgery lost 1 lb a day now I've started semi solid foods only 1 cup per meal stalled not losing started walking on thredmill & light elyptical I have to get clearance from doctor before I can excersise w/weights like I used to

still to go: 48.0 lb

fELL OFF WORKING OUT THEN HAD AN EMERGENCY GALL BLADDER OPERATION LOST WEIGHT WITH THAT i HAD GAINED WEIGHT 279!!! OH MY.... NOW 274 DOCTOR RECOMMENDS I GET GASTRIC SLEEVE TOLD HI IWORK OUT EAT LIGHT AND FIND IT SO HARD TO LOSE WEIGHT.

HAVE ASTHMA SLEEP ANEA SUGGESTED I'M A GREAT CANDIDATE & MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVERS IT..
HAVE TO RESEARCH BEFORE I COMMIT I'D HAVE TO HAVE 6 MOS OF COUNSELING BEFORE IF I DECIDE
I ENJOY DINNERS WITH MY HUSBAND WILL THAT END... DECISIONS DECISIONS
