Ughhh.... Scale went up a LB...I am sure from Thanksgiving..... or Rum! It was my very pregnant daughters first year hosting and cooking dinner and although I made a point of having very small servings, I chose not to be picky about carbs as she certainly worked hard and did a fabulous job. Busy few days with shopping but all is done!!!
UGHHH..... Totally forgot Wedding Cake tasting tonight with another daughter! Will certainly try to be super careful, however, this is a big deal for her so I will not abstain. Will it screw with the whole fat burning, I am sure it will BUT sharing this experience with with my girl means so much more.

The scale doesn't move but the tape measure does so it is working. I guess I can not expect for it to fall off overnight! It is so different from being on my feet for 12 hours a day last year to being on my butt for 6-8 a day now. Need to perhaps jump on the treadmill in the evenings and see if that helps. The great part of this morning is realizing that between chest, waist, hips and thighs there is 9" gone! I tend to really hold on to fat on my back....it is looking better! Make Today A Great Day!

Busy day yesterday, no workout but finally got the hair done! I took my daughter to see Catching fire. While she enjoyed popcorn and a beverage I enjoyed a Carbmaster yogurt and 1 oz of almonds and a bottle of water. I know, we are not supposed to smuggle our own snacks in. I will gladly follow the rules when the theaters recognize that some of us will not put sugary, high carb processed crap in our bodies. I realize that nuts are a "no no" during induction, however, eaten in their proper portion size they are just fine!
3 new workout DVD's delivered by amazon. I have never been a jazzercise fan but the jazzercise burlesque clip on you tube looked interesting so off to try it. 3 DVD's for $25.00 and free shipping. I think its a "win win"! Make today a great day! Love measuring as I see the "junk" gone.
5 1/2 inches gone from chest/waist and hips.....and 1/2 inch gone from each thigh!
