I finally dropped some more pounds! Yay me!
That goes to show that staying consistent, drinking water (at least half of your body weight), exercising, and eating right will eventually prevale. Oh and most importantly PATIENCE. I can't tell you how many times I wanted to give up, but I hung it there. And I am so very glad that I did.
