Went through a few days of being sick and found it very challenging to eat right during that time. In the past that would have been the perfect reason to go back to old habits. Instead this time I am right back on tract and NO guilt about anything. Moving forward.

I am so excited that I have been eating healthy for 11 days now. I feel sooooo much better and have lost 6 pounds.
I am amazed at how eating LOTS (30-60 grams) of fiber per day have enabled me to resist the sweets.
The sweets usually do me in around day 3. I feel way way less toxic.

Ok today is day 5 of my "new lifestyle" after all these years I detest the word diet. Have done great and lost 5 lbs. Eating tons of veggies and getting 40-60 grams of fiber per day. Wow do I feel better already. Still not craving sweets or anything really. Please let me get out of the 200's. It is not a place I ever want to be again.
