Joined weight watchers for the very first time. Didn't think I'd like the group effort, but I was wrong. I guess I need it in a way I didn't realize. I have to be so diligent about keeping track of everything. It's intense but it seems to be working. I'm going to go back to checking in here too. Good luck to everyone!! Any competitions going on?

Fallen off the wagon the last few weeks...feel down and defeated with this whole weight thing. What do I have to do to actually make permanent changes? I lose a few pounds then go back to my old ways. It makes me feel so weak. I want it so much but feel like I can't do it......ALWAYS go to bed thinking, "tomorrow will be the day I make real life changes." And then I start off well. Even joined the gym, it all goes fairly well to late, mid afternoon, then all bets are off.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!
