I've always been active and healthy but I do go through periods of inactivity and poor eating habits. I'm back on track again and have started to take action. Im a foodie, a new mother, and was addicted to sugar. I have lost a lot of weight following a LCHF diet/lifestyle in the past ( by accident, well mostly laziness). I started out weighting 164 pounds on the 9th of July 2016 and I have been down to 151.2. I am currently at 153 as of this morning and I hope it's due to water. I don't cheat and my ketones ( blood tested) range between 5 to 1.4 regularly. I don't know how much time it will take me to hit my goal of 115 pounds. In 2012 it took me 3 months. I exercise three times a week for an average of 35-45 minutes. I run or fast walk most of the time. This is a change in lifestyle and not a diet. I want the health benefits from the Keto lifestyle and as I age I can feel every injury I have ever had. I'm college educated in kinesiology and nutrition so it's a change for me. We will see how it goes this time. :)
