I have been yo-yo-ing for the past 4 years since I started working again. I have started and quit Weight Watchers twice. I had good results when I tracked on Fat Secret back in 2006. At that time I followed the South Beach diet but for this time around I will just count my calories & incorporate exercise. I need to get my health back!!

Yesterday was BAD food wise. I ate out with my hubby & made poor choices. Today we have another dinner party & I'm hoping I can display some self control in the food arena!!

I'm pretty happy with my weight loss efforts so far. Today was a hurdle as I was at a co-worker's home for lunch & she served pizza. No salad option. I was hungry too!!! Oh well life happens & diets go on.
