Tomorrow I'll be joining in with an challenge group so looking forward to it..
I've not exercised the past two days being its and weekend.
Tomorrow back to focusing my mind to healthy eating and hoping to lose the last 13 lbs of my weight journey...

What are you kidding me you get points for resting, sleeping, grocery shopping, etc. This is called Light Intensity Activities and Exercises. Really!
I should be a dang Twiggy by now if that's the case.
Dang! Whom records all that small stuff, that's part of everyday movement, not exercise, that is; in my book anyway. WOW!

A little bit of weight loss but I feel it's mainly fluid retention, not actual weight from fat.
I hope I'm wrong..
It's hard to fix meals just for myself. I'm so looking forward to the challenge group support that's starting soon, making new friends, getting tips on weight loss, just someone to be a buddy with
