Grocery shopping today to stock up on healthy dinners. Running into the problem of eating "healthy" all day, and then having 800 calories left in the evening. Need to work on increasing my breakfast calories as well as a mid morning snack to try and help with that. Not working out today, lots of gardening plus sand volleyball really counts as my workout. Back to yoga tomorrow!

I'm back. I'm done using stress and laziness as an excuse. I'm here and I'm going to lose this damn weight! Bodybugg is on, healthy food is in the kitchen, I'm ready. I just need to start planning my nightly meals better so when practice unexpectedly goes until 8 I have a healthy option ready instead of needing to go to the store, cooking and then eating at 10 and instead choosing a drive thru meal instead. Ready to go stock up at the store!

Totally fallen off the wagon. Getting back on it STAT. It's amazing what a roll stress plays in my food choices. And drink choices for that matter. No more excuses

went to the dentist today and my tooth is super tender now! Probably should take in a few more calories, but the thought of anything does not sound good right now. Usually after the dentist a shake is the way to go and I thought about making one with yogurt and protein powder, but he said it's going to be super sensitive to cold for a while, so no shake for me!!
