Woke up this morning to snow, but it's supposed to warm up. There will be a winter mix today and tomorrow so that puts a kabosh on my walking outside. I'll do my exercise on the stationary bike, not my favorite but it adds something different for when I can't get out.

Logged my menu for the day. I've already drank about 32 oz of water and it's not even noon and I just poured another 24 oz in my glass. I did notice today I'm craving something sweet like a cookie. Right now I'm ignoring it cause I'm not hungry, so I don't know where that craving is coming from, probably boredom. Maybe I'll buy a couple different flavored teas - decaf. That should take care of my cravings. I do need to get out today to get eggs, not looking forward to that drive, but needs to get done before more snow comes in.

Nice sunny day today >:0) Definitely going to spend sometime outside and go for a walk. I'm thinking, I might walk up to the store instead of driving to get the fish I planned on dinner tonight. After lunch so I can burn my lunch calories >:0)

Weighed myself today and I gained 2 lbs on the "new digital scale" but my weight was the same on my old scale. I'm going to stay with the digital scale reading it's easier to see LOL.

I sent Nikki (youngest daughter) my old atkins book with some other stuff a couple of weeks agoa because she wanted to read it. But I need it now, so she agreed to send it back with some other stuff she's been meaning to get to me. She said it was too high in fat for her and her way of thinking. Fine by me, she's not even fat anyway LOL but I thought I would point her in a different direction for knowledge >:0) I'm still going to the store to pick up the 2002 version. Not sure since Dr. Atkins didn't write this book (hard to write a book when you're deceased) and most of this knowledge was formed from other sources to appease the "you have to have veggies" people. When in fact if anyone actually read the first book it's exactly what you do when you get into OWL you add more carbs through vegetables. And all the atkins bars and shakes NOT at all what Dr. Atkins talked/wrote about in his previous book. And since he's the one that had huge success in his own weightloss method, I'm going to lean towards the original book Dr. Atkins wrote. IMHO >:0)

Ok I'm getting off the soap box LOL time to stop moving my mouth and start moving my body :-P

Walked to the store and got fish for dinner tonight. Now I'm trying to motivate myself to strip the guest room floor so I can restain and poly it. That should replace the pilates I was going to do OR if I'm up for it I might do both >:0) before I get ahead of myself I have to do 1 or the other LOL
