Since I gain weight at Guinness World book record pace - I'm actually not to upset about it. That's Thanksgiving and Christmas... and of course, my damn husband cooked and baked all the way through it all. I swear, he is trying to fatten me back up!

Can't believe I forgot to say that I bought, and wore!, a pair of size 4 jeans - NINE sizes - and a size 10 dress. I can't wait to wear the dress tomorrow ;-)

Bought, and wore, size 4 jeans! That's down 9 sizes baby!!!
And I did it. I just changed my goal weight to 142, which will be 100 lbs. I was really deluding myself in thinking I couldn't have weighed enough to lose 100, but I really did. I'm a little freaked out, I have lost enough to be in the People Magazine, "regular people who lost 100 lbs edition". Well I will be in 6 more lbs anyway. And now that I'm seeing the finish line (not that there really ever will be for me, with my bad metabolism, I will have to write down everything I eat for the rest of my life - but hey, I've come to terms with that) I'm laser focused on these last couple of lbs. Thinking of skipping Thanksgiving (LOL) just so I don't have the pumpkin and pecan pie dilemmas. I mean, how do you NOT have a sliver of both, it's Thanksgiving people.
I went to an exercise class at the gym, and I liked the class, but really, really disliked the instructor. I'm going to try a different class or instructor this week.

Matt got me the fitbit, which talked the the myfitnesspal, which I have a bunch of friends on, but I just can't give up on fatsecret, after coming so far together... so Now I'm entering food in here, and using the total calories to input to myfitnesspal, which is picking up the activity from the fitbit...
