LOL, I did that to myself, with the pizza and then the brownie. Choices I made though so I don't feel badly. I'm starting my cleanse today and I wanted to give myself my first cheater weekend in, oh I don't know, 2 years!

I've been eating well, but not disiplined to write it down. When I get back from conference, I'm starting a cleanse (which I'lll need - LOL) and going to really focus so I am at my next goal weight before Thankgsiving. The good news is that while my husband told me he thinks I need to put "a little more meat on my bones" and gain about 5 lbs back (!), I'm much more concerned with tightening and flattening what I've got, then loosing a bunch more weight.

Had a rough start to my workout this am, but I stuck with it, stayed extra long and in the end, had a good workout :-) The weather is gorgeous, so I should get in some good bike / beach cardio this weekend....

Urg, well not terrible considering the team was here, went to Disney and Chicago since the last weigh in...I'm home for 1.5 weeks before leaving again, so hopefully I can have a great week! Had a great workout yesterday morning, and a beautiful bike ride this morning...

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to the
World's Greatest Diet Buddy, Chantell Smith
. It's 2 years today since we've started. I'm down 92.5 lbs and I attribute it all to her support - and Hungry Girl (and a little bit to my husband for only bringing Fritoes into the house 1 time in the last 2 years and always having grilled chicken for me to snack on!) I have a ways to go still, but know by this time next year I will be in the best shape of my life. Thank you Chantell, I love you!!!
And also a shout out to my sister, who has to listen to me rattle on (constantly!) about workouts and recipes, etc. Thank you for your support, I love you too!!
And to Linda for lending me her Wonderwoman costume, which is the most risque costume I have dared in 15 years!
