I learned a hard lesson tonight. From now on if I am going out to eat I will check the menu online and find out the nutrition facts before eating anything. Went out and had a salad, thought I did pretty well in my choice. Came home and found out there was over 900 calories in my salad! I was SHOCKED! Lesson learned the hard way.

The husband is making chicken wings for dinner. I will resist and have a grilled chicken breast instead.

Saw great results when I looked at the scale - 291.8 - down more than 5 lbs since the last time I weighed myself! :)

Tomorrow's my weigh in... anxious to see what the scale says. I've stuck to my diet 100% - I hope for good results.

Today is my first day out of my walking cast. I thought I'd take a short walk to see how my ankle held up. I walked for about 25-30 minutes (slow) and it felt pretty good. My ankle is still pretty stiff and I'm limping some, but it felt good to get out there and get moving again. I think I'll walk a little bit every day, and once my leg is fully healed it's back to the gym for me!!! :)
