I had major Surgery and also was on Prednisone for Lung problem. Have been back on proper eating schedule for 1 week. Started at 266lbs. So, it will take a little time to get where I was..but I am happy to be back to it.

Well, I took 2 weeks off puposely. I had a Family reunion. Lots of food. Also, I was cleaning out the pantry. Baked a lot of goodies. Mmmm....But started back today. So worth it.

I have bee active in the Pool swimming 50 laps x 25M 5 days a week. Toning, but no weight loss. Stuck at 263lbs.
