Again I suck at this. I don't have the discipline to journal on a daily basis. I am going to aim for weekly? Maybe a bit more often. I have kind of switched to South Beach. I think it's easier.
Hope I keep losing....I am visiting my family in Chicago and I'd love to be 5 pounds lighter by the end of September when I go!

I sure suck at this. I need a way to motivate myself.
It doesn't help that my Son just told me he's to be deployed.
He should be able to visit before he goes and he's not going until December or so...still it sucks. If you pray -- please pray.

Well that half pound is back,,,,it is my Husband's birthday so my daugher, he and I went and ate out....I'll keep trying though. I think I'll put in extra time at the gym.....

I am feeling fat today...so I decided to not weigh myself. I think I might start weighing my self on Sundays...after I pray. Maybe that'll help!
