WW works because I'm accountable for the foods I eat. I'm making better choices to strengh my points and it has become difficult to eat foods that are over 8 points. When I have a Five Guy little cheeseburger, I cut it in half. Feeling good. I'm not hungry. I have to work on my need to eat all the time.

This is it! This journey will be successful because my mind and body is committed. I am using whatever tools work in accomplishing my goals - diet programs, eTools, Wii, walking - whatever helps.
