Day starting out great. Took meds, sugar 118 1 hour after breakfast, walked stairs, vacuumed dishes done, laundry going. Made yogurt.

Not such a good breakfast--back on track the rest of the day. Sugar was 80 so that was good. Took vitamins and meds.
