it's not been the best of days and I don't know why 😖 but the horse is saddled and I'll be back on it tomorrow 😁

Tuesday morning
And I had my first fast day yesterday (which means only 500 calories for the day)
I've decided after having read so much about it that I'm going to try the 5:2 fast diet
I know my problems with food is having bad habits and not about feeling hungry !
I've also decided to give up alcohol for the month of October and as someone who likes their
brandy and Diet Pepsi , this is going to be the bigger challenge for me 😱
It would interesting to know if anyone else is trying either of these things also ?

been away for 5 days which was great but totally scuppered any chance of losing 😵 no excuses for the week to come, so I will climb back on the horse..
