I've done Weight Watchers before and lost about 34 pounds, but after life changes I gained about 15 of that back. So now, I'm back to square one determined to "stop playing with my health."
Somehow the WW "paper tracker" was not my friend. I am really enjoying being able to keep up with what I am doing online or on my PDA. This works for me.
It's been a good week of eating well and working out. Looking forward to the results.
