First day of senior year was painfully exhausting. Already, I feel behind in my work. What worries me is whether or not I'll have time to workout as much as I'd hoped to shed off 30lbs by October 30th. Wish me luck!

Today when I weighed myself, I expected to have gone down two pounds but I'd only gone down one. It was a tad disappointing just to lose one pound in three days but it is better than nothing. There's this challenge called "Lose 30lbs by October 30" and I'm starting to worry if I'll meet that challenge. To not meet it would be rather discouraging.
Does anyone have any tips I could use to reach my goal?

Oh my goodness! Went on a mission to get hair dye and nail polish remover for paternal grandma and I got so lost today trying to look for a Walgreens on the opposite side of town that I ended up walking 8.8 miles! Honestly, I'm such an airhead sometimes. There's one about 18 minutes away and I'd journeyed for three hours.
SO. SORE. Never over work yourselves folks. Its good to work out but to never over do anything. Could end up being dangerous.
Hopefully, my legs won't feel like goo tomorrow. Wish me luck!

Yesterday, my family and I went out to celebrate my grandmother's birthday at a buffet. Today, I am so glad I restricted myself to the salads because my result on the scale is two pounds down! WOOOOT! Never had I ever lost two pounds in three days. It's very exciting. Even my paternal grandmother was surprised. Pretty cool to see result that are positive in a short amount of time. Makes me feel more excited and more encouraged to reach my goal!
Just 36 more pounds to go! Wish me luck!
