What's up with this collagen thing? Any suggestions on brands? There is soooo much info out there that it's pretty overwhelming.

Ugh, had two days off kilter on the keto diet. Work trips are hard. I'll get back on track tomorrow.

Another drop in weight but I'm still exhausted. I realize my calorie intake has been consistently low but I'm not hungry.

I've been on the Keto diet for about two months. At first my energy level was super high. Now it's tanked and I can't seem to get out of this low rut. I'm still losing weight but I'd love to get back to the gym and feel normal again.
